Sagrada Família Market

The main avenues such as Passeig de Gràcia, Plaça Catalunya, and the Gothic Quarter are beautifully decorated and illuminated at night — the perfect setting for unforgettable evening strolls.

Sagrada Família Market (Fira de Nadal de la Sagrada Família): From November 23 to December 23, this traditional market features craft stalls, Christmas decorations, and local culinary specialties.

The Fira de Santa Llúcia, a historic market in Barcelona since 1786, takes place in front of the Cathedral with stalls selling nativity scenes, figurines, and traditional crafts. A giant Tió de Nadal and activities like the Diada de les Tradicions delight visitors of all ages.

Els Llums de Sant Pau 2025 will transform the Sant Pau Hospital Barcelona into a magical illuminated garden from November 20, 2025 to January 11, 2026, featuring 18 interactive installations and a new theme: “We Light Up Your Christmas”.

Christmas at Sant Jaume – until January 5, 2026

Plaça Sant Jaume Barcelona

From November 27, 2025 to January 5, 2026, Plaça de Sant Jaume will feature a large Christmas light star accompanied by a free sound and light show every evening between 6:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. This installation, replacing the traditional nativity scene, will illuminate the heart of Barcelona throughout the festive season.

Helen Levitt at KBr Fundación MAPFRE

KBr Fundación MAPFRE presents more than 200 photographs across nine sections, including previously unseen images, color works, and a screening of the documentary In the Street. Helen Levitt (1913–2009) was an American photographer known for her poetic and spontaneous street scenes of New York, capturing with great humanity the everyday life of children and working-class neighborhoods.
