Dr. Stravinsky, nestled in the medieval labyrinth of El Born next to Picasso Museum stands out as a cocktail bar with a distinctive character. Revered for its expertise in crafting glorious cocktails, the bar has gained a reputation as a pleasant surprise in its locale.

What sets Dr. Stravinsky apart is its dedication to in-house ingredients. The drinks menu is meticulously categorized by the technique used to produce each cocktail's components. This unique approach showcases their passion for fermentation and distillation, featuring drinks with intriguing ingredients like kombucha and kefir. This dedication not only speaks to the quality of the beverages but also to the bar's innovative spirit. (their site is well worth a visit to understand their creative passion).

The interior of Dr. Stravinsky reinforces its unique theme, resembling a mysterious laboratory.

The décor, complete with shelves filled with jars, distillation apparatus, and test tubes, adds to the immersive experience. This setting, coupled with the skilled bartenders, turns the process of drink-making into an art form, elevating the overall experience beyond mere drinking to a spectacle not to be missed.

Managed and designed by the esteemed Antonio Naranjo, Dr. Stravinsky offers an extensive list of cocktails. The bar's extravagant decorations, including distorting mirrors, contribute to its allure, making it a must-visit destination in the city. Hello CC, To travel from Sitges to Barcelona Airport (specifically Terminal 2), you can take a train but there is no direct train service. Here's how you can do it: Take the R2 Sud train from Sitges: This line runs directly to El Prat de Llobregat station. The train departs frequently from Sitges, and the trip to El Prat de Llobregat takes about 30-35 minutes. Transfer at El Prat de Llobregat: Once you arrive at this station, you need to switch to the R2 Nord train heading to Barcelona Airport (Aeroport T2). This is a short ride of around 6-7 minutes. The overall journey from Sitges to Terminal 2 at Barcelona Airport takes roughly 50-60 minutes, depending on wait times between connections. The trains are generally punctual and frequent, so it’s a convenient option. Best,
