Don't go by the number , read the weather by humidity, eg... 28 plus 70 % humidity, the true reading is 36.
I am from Barcelona, locals guide themselves by the humidity..... it is a HUMID city.
Winters are cold, not like Canada, New York.. but cold nevertheless.. It's not a Tropical city...enjoy!

We are interested in the suburbs where there is cafe culture within a short drive to the coast. Is there any way we can find out more? We have been living in Paphos, Cyprus for 10 years, but find the temperatures in summer here far too hot and uncomfortable. (38 c plus)
My husband and I are in good health but are now in our early 70's. We would really appreciate some advice about moving to Spain. Since we can fly directly to Barcelona from Larnaca we thought we would look around this part of Spain. Also, it might be cooler in summer being in the north.
