The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming 👍🏼, the meals were absolutely stunning 🤩, the rooms were spacious and comfortable 🛌, and the location was perfect for shops and restaurants 🛍🍴. We've been using this hotel for our travels to Barcelona for a long time now, and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else! 🤩😍🤗
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! 🤩 The toiletries were great as they provided more sustainable options. My room, 406, had a problem with the door closing, so I had to slam it quite a bit which I'm sure was no fun for the neighbours 🤦🏼♀️, but otherwise it was comfy and the bed was huge! 😍 I had no major issues to report. 🤗
My stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. 🤬 From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was being lied to and taken advantage of 🤥. The staff weren't very friendly either. 🤐 I would not recommend this place to anyone. 😖🤢 Zero stars is too much for this hotel. 🙅🏻♀️
My stay at this particular hotel was far from satisfactory 🤔. The staff was incredibly impolite, and I even had to make multiple requests to get my room cleaned - something that hadn't been done for three days! The food options were 🤢. On the whole, I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. 😔

This visit to this particular establishment will be the first and the last , terrible customer service, terrible communication. Honestly , I was not made to feel welcome here, they even asked me for payment before I had a chance to even enter. I cannot believe the kind of people that work here. I do not recommend that anyone cooperate with its management. I am feeling exhausted and very distressed over my experience.
