Bambarol

The warm decoration and charming Japanese-style atmosphere make this place an ideal place to enjoy exceptional gastronomy.

Restaurant

Can Framis

A beautiful place and very good tapas!

Can Framis - Barcelona

On the Ronda de Sant Pere, a 10-minute walk from the Picasso Museum, Can Framis by Casa Lolea is a gastronomic gem.

With its warm ambience and beautiful terrace, this tapas bar offers a perfect fusion of traditional tapas and culinary innovation. Dishes are enhanced by a touch of fresh greenery, bringing each bite to life. During my visit, I was particularly seduced by the salmon toast, with its unrivalled finesse, and the cod-filled pimientos, an explosion of flavors on the palate. And what about the tiramisu?  Recommended by an Italian waitress, it lived up to its reputation, smooth and creamy.

The wine recommendations are sound, and the white sangria is not to be missed.

In terms of price, expect to pay around €10 for the salmon toast and €8 for the pimientos. Ceviche at 17€ and a remarkable steak tartare at 14.50€.  Tiramisu, a sweet not to be missed, is available at 7.90€.

Can Framis Bistrot is a must for all gourmets visiting Barcelona.

Restaurant

El Xampanyet

Our favourite tapas bar, unchanging top!

El Xampanyet

El Xampanyet

El Xampanyet

El Xampanyet is the bar from El Born district that has been conserved as how real old bars in Barcelona were. It is from the 1929!

Easy to find.. just next to Picasso Museum

Its name come from the wine they serve there: a sparkling wine called Xampanyet.

As you know, Barcelona typical old bars where a place to spend time with friends having some tapas and drinking some beer and wine. So it's this place: tapas, cheeses, Jabugo ham and quite a lot of noise due to its small and crouded place, usually.

Excellent quality!!

You can't book, so don't be late!

Address : Carrer de Montcada, 22
Opening hours : Tuesday to Saturday from 12h - 16 h. and from 19h - 23:30 h. Sundays 12h - 16 h.

Metro/Bus : Metro: Barceloneta (Line 4/yellow)

Quimet & Quimet

Quimet & Quimet - Barcelona

Quimet & Quimet is a bar like no other. There are no tables, so you stand up and enjoy all sorts of little tapas, often from top-of-the-range tins: mussels, clams, prawns, but also cod in all its forms: a speciality.

You can also take your tins home with you.

There's also a cellar with hundreds of bottles on display all around you, to drink or take away. You can enjoy a wonderful homemade red vermut. In fact, it's for this drink of the gods that people come here.

It's well worth the diversions, even if it's now well known.

Effectivement à Barcelone aussi les tapas sont excellentes. Je pensais que c'était plus une spécialité de l'Andalousie mais c'est finalement partout délicieux en Espagne. Bref ne rater pas ces petits repas sublimes et pas chers (normalement)..
