In the heart of Barcelona, a stone's throw from Casa Milà, Xavier Pellicer stands out as a beacon of culinary innovation, showcasing a respectful and creative approach to gastronomy. A renowned chef, Xavier Pellicer has created a space where plant-based cuisine reaches unparalleled heights, as evidenced by his menu which celebrates the produce of the earth with unrivalled finesse.

With a menu priced at €65, the chef invites you on a unique sensory journey, combining tradition and innovation.

Xavier Pellicer: A Journey Through Plants

Among the remarkable choices, the *Gaspatxo de remolatxa* surprises with its freshness, while the *Velouté de peix de roca* with saffron captivates with its aromas. The *Hummus de mongeta Azuki* and *Pakora de bròquil* are also innovative, each adding a unique touch to the meal. Additional options such as the *pop brasa* for an extra €3 enhance the experience.

This menu offers a choice of two dishes from the first group, one from the second and a dessert, promising a rich and balanced experience. Adaptations are possible for those who prefer a dessert-free option, with three dishes from the first group and one from the second.

The Xavier Pellicer restaurant in Barcelona was voted "Best vegetables restaurant number one of the world in 2018 and 2019" by  “We are smart – Green Guide”.  Today, chef Xavier is the first “We’re Smart® Plant-Based Untouchable” of the world! That is to say!

Hello CC, To travel from Sitges to Barcelona Airport (specifically Terminal 2), you can take a train but there is no direct train service. Here's how you can do it: Take the R2 Sud train from Sitges: This line runs directly to El Prat de Llobregat station. The train departs frequently from Sitges, and the trip to El Prat de Llobregat takes about 30-35 minutes. Transfer at El Prat de Llobregat: Once you arrive at this station, you need to switch to the R2 Nord train heading to Barcelona Airport (Aeroport T2). This is a short ride of around 6-7 minutes. The overall journey from Sitges to Terminal 2 at Barcelona Airport takes roughly 50-60 minutes, depending on wait times between connections. The trains are generally punctual and frequent, so it’s a convenient option. Best,
