Brabo

Grills from another world!

Just a stone's throw from Casa Milà, Brabo is a celebration of wood-fired cooking, where creativity, technique and terroir merge under the guidance of chefs Rafa Panatieri and Jorge Sastre. The menu is an ode to simplicity and pure flavour, with dishes that celebrate traditional wood-fired cooking methods.

Brabo: A sanctuary of fire in Barcelona

Chefs Rafa Panatieri and Jorge Sastre, with their deep roots in the art of grilling, bring to Brabo an atmosphere of conviviality and sharing, reminiscent of family gatherings around the fire. The menu features local produce carefully selected for its exceptional quality. An approach hailed by the slow food movement. The menu features top-quality meats, fresh fish, a variety of grilled vegetables and excellent homemade bread. From the craftsmanship of the charcuterie to the meticulous selection of cheeses, every detail is designed to honour the richness of Spain's terroir.

An emblematic dish that embodies the spirit of Brabo is the 'Lomo de vaca vieja frisona', an example of the mastery of maturing and charcoal cooking that enriches the flavour of the meat. The menu also offers a variety of dishes ranging from innovative starters to elaborate side dishes, all prepared with particular attention to the culinary tradition of the fire. You can also choose from a number of other main courses, including matured Gascony pork tenderloin, Cal Pauet's organic lamb shoulder lacquered in its own juices, two-cooked duck and grilled squid.

Remarkable young chefs. In our Top... Don't hesitate.

Our meal at this charming restaurant was marked by exquisite dishes, including chuletón as a main course and innovative starters such as wild boar mortadella. The attentive service and unique desserts, although limited in choice, completed a memorable culinary experience.

Hello CC, To travel from Sitges to Barcelona Airport (specifically Terminal 2), you can take a train but there is no direct train service. Here's how you can do it: Take the R2 Sud train from Sitges: This line runs directly to El Prat de Llobregat station. The train departs frequently from Sitges, and the trip to El Prat de Llobregat takes about 30-35 minutes. Transfer at El Prat de Llobregat: Once you arrive at this station, you need to switch to the R2 Nord train heading to Barcelona Airport (Aeroport T2). This is a short ride of around 6-7 minutes. The overall journey from Sitges to Terminal 2 at Barcelona Airport takes roughly 50-60 minutes, depending on wait times between connections. The trains are generally punctual and frequent, so it’s a convenient option. Best,
