La Paisana El Mercader de l’Eixample

The catalan restaurant El Ninot Cuina is a good opportunity to re-visit the Mercat del Ninot recently restored.

At the origin of this new place, the talented Tomás Tarruella from In Compañía de Lobos’s group. Young wolves that have taste. Beautiful space overlooking the market: wood, metal and glass for decoration. An open kitchen for seasonal, organic carte that celebrates the tasty Catalan cuisine : « el canelón trufado 11.5€ - Curry de langostinos y verduras 12€ - Calamarcitos a la plancha con verduras 13.5€ »..

We go there for a lunch menu at 14 euros and for its great tapas. Ninot cuina definitely worth seeing!
