Van Van Market, known once a month to join together all the food trucks of Barcelona, innovates once again with Van Van Var: a restaurant which accommodates each week one of best food trucks of the city!
In short a kind of reversed nomadism: the place does not move any more but the kitchen, the cooks, the menu, the drinks and environment turn to the rhythm of new chefs.
Once again that occurs in Poble Nou, the more “Catalan” district in the heart of the city for its sense of the adventure and imagination. A concept which already found its fans because it is full all the time!
It should be said that to leave its kitchen to best of “urban food” has what to make salivate the most pointed foody. Imagine these variations of flavours and tastes with Vietnamese foods, then Brazilian, then sublimes hamburgers, then…
