Airport ↔ Cruise Port

How to Get from Barcelona Airport to the Cruise Port (and Back)?

The easiest option is a taxi: a fixed official fare of €46 connects the airport (T1 or T2) to the cruise terminals at Moll Adossat, in both directions, including surcharges, in about thirty minutes. By public transport, expect to pay around €9.40 per person (metro L9 South, L3, then Cruise Bus), but it takes over an hour and involves three changes with your luggage.

The simplest solution

By taxi: a flat rate of €46

Between the airport and the cruise terminals at Moll Adossat, Barcelona taxis charge a fixed price of €46, in either direction. This official fare includes all surcharges, so you won't pay anything extra on the meter.

From the airport to the port

Take a taxi from the station at your terminal, T1 or T2, right outside arrivals. Tell the driver the exact terminal of your cruise, not just "the port," as the terminals are quite far apart.

Taxi stands are located in front of the terminals. The same €46 fare applies to T1 or T2.

When you're in a group, taking a taxi is a smart choice. The fare remains the same regardless of the number of passengers: for four people, it costs 11.50 € per person, just a bit more than the metro and the Cruise Bus (around 9.40 €), with no transfers or luggage to carry.

2. Transfer Zona Universitària: take the L3 towards Trinitat Nova
3. Get off at Drassanes, at the bottom of Las Ramblas
4. On foot A few minutes to Portal de la Pau, at the foot of the Christopher Columbus Monument

An intermediate option

With the Aerobús

The Aerobús connects the airport to Plaça Catalunya 24/7. The A1 line, departing from T1, runs every 5 minutes during the day. The ticket costs €7.45 one way and €12.85 for a round trip. Stops, schedules, and tickets: visit our Aerobús Barcelona page.

Plaça Catalunya is about 6 km from Moll Adossat. To complete the journey, you have two options:

  • a taxi, approximately €16 to €20 depending on the time;
  • the metro L3 from Catalunya to Drassanes, then the Cruise Bus.

This option is only worthwhile if you're traveling alone: for two, a direct taxi at a flat rate costs almost the same and saves you a transfer.
