La Mercè 2011!!

Finally, the party for which we had so much waited is back in Barcelona! From Thursday 22, the patron of the city, La Mercè, is here to provide us with the best musical performances, activities, parades, free entry to the most wonderful museums of the city and to show us the deepest side of Barcelona!

Along with the BAM (Barcelona Acció Musical, http://www.bcn.cat/bam/2011/cat/index.html  ), this holiday wants to make us feel the rhythm of the best national and international bands of the moment as Sidonie, Mando Diao, The Pinker Tones, Lori Meyers, Javiera Mena and many more!

Another proposal of this party is to offer free culture: museums like Macba, and the Museum of History, the Botanical Gardens, the CCCB and the Ceramics Museum will open their doors for free for the weekend!
