Hello CC, To travel from Sitges to Barcelona Airport (specifically Terminal 2), you can take a train but there is no direct train service. Here's how you can do it: Take the R2 Sud train from Sitges: This line runs directly to El Prat de Llobregat station. The train departs frequently from Sitges, and the trip to El Prat de Llobregat takes about 30-35 minutes. Transfer at El Prat de Llobregat: Once you arrive at this station, you need to switch to the R2 Nord train heading to Barcelona Airport (Aeroport T2). This is a short ride of around 6-7 minutes. The overall journey from Sitges to Terminal 2 at Barcelona Airport takes roughly 50-60 minutes, depending on wait times between connections. The trains are generally punctual and frequent, so it’s a convenient option. Best,

If you come to barcelona to buy JL Piedra and Fonseca cigars that meens you don't know nothing about cuban cigars.. These are the very lowest brands made by Cuban Tabacco.. No suprise they didn't really care about request.

    ------------------------

Totally agree with this comment. You went all the way to Barcelona and bought 150 of the cheapest, lowest quality Habanos and then wondered why 19 sticks were in such poor condition? Because nobody buys them!!

  17. Cuban Cigars - BlueMooner (21 Jul 2012 - 10:15)

I have bought £2,000-£3,000 of cigars from Gimeon's in the past on two occasions and my Mum and Dad are visiting Gimeno's for a day during their week's stay in Sitges next week. I can confirm that Gimeno's is a fine establishment and trustworthy; due to the volume of cigars that we bought e.g. a full suitcase's worth we left it there until the morning of our flight home and all £3,000 worth were there and in excellent condition. There humidor downstairs is a paradise for a cigar smoker - truly glorious!

  20. Poor quality cigars (terrible) bought from GIMENO's - D. Westwood (22 Sep 2011 - 18:30)

It was my first visit to Barcelona (business trip) and I had been recommended Gimeno Cigar shop.
Yes, it was well stocked and had at least one staff who spoke English. Over the week I bought 150 cigars. JL Piedra, Fonseca and La hoy.
Once I got back to UK , unwrapped all the cigars ... Much to my dissapointment the Piedra cigars were in terrible condition. Old Water damage, very mis-shaped and the wrappers had all but fell off. out of a pack of 25... 19 were way beyond repair.
In future, I will check every cigar I buy from GIMENO so I don't receive such poor quality cigars.
Even the corner shops were selling better quality cigars.

  22. Avoid it (EN translation) - Aldric LEBORGNE (31 Jul 2011 - 18:30)

Based on various positive opinions on this cigar shop, I bought last week a box of Belicosos (Romeo y Julieta) for which there was an interesting difference in price (a little less than two euros per cigar compared with France). When selling, I was introduced two boxes already opened. One of them was clearly mismatched. So I took the second without having time to check the two rows. On my return to France, I discovered the second row in a quite catastrophic shape (cigars mismatched, dry, with holes or at the beginning of a mold). The bottom of the box was also in poor shape. In conclusion, I have the unpleasant feeling of myself being cheated by a well known and established cigar shop. For this reason, I would not recommend it to anyone.
