Other Options

Do buses 24, V19, and 116 serve Parc Güell?

H6 and D40 are the official recommendation, but other TMB lines might be useful depending on your starting point.

Bus 24 and V19

The 24 remains a useful alternative, especially if you're starting from Plaça Catalunya. Its route connects the city center to the El Carmel area and serves the surroundings of Parc Güell.

The V19 connects Barceloneta to Plaça Alfonso Comín and also serves the park's vicinity. TMB has strengthened this line on weekends and holidays in 2026 to accommodate the high demand around Parc Güell and the maritime area.

And what about bus 116? The 116 still directly serves the Parc Güell area, but it is a local neighborhood bus. The City of Barcelona has intentionally removed it from navigation apps to prevent it from being overcrowded by visitors.

For a sightseeing tour, opt for H6 or D40.
