    The date and time of the visits to the Sagrada Familia and Parc Güell must be specified when purchasing the city pass. Both monuments have time slots so that there are not too many visitors at the time you visit them.

  • How long is the City Pass valid?

    The City Pass is valid for the dates and time slots you choose. You cannot reschedule this ticket.  You can only visit each place once. For the tourist bus, it is important to know that the ticket is valid for one calendar day and not for 24 hours. You cannot start using it one day and finish your tour the next. So you need to get organised to make the most of the day you have chosen. 

  • Are children under 4 years free if I buy the city pass?

    You can bring your children for free and they don´t need a ticket.

  • When the Hop on Hop off ticket is activated?

    The tickets for the Hop on Hop off Bus are valid from the moment you start using them.

  • Can I change my schedule of Park Guell or Sagrada Família?

    Unfortunately Sagrada Família or Park Guell doesn't allow any change after issuing the tickets.

  • Does the Barcelona City Pass includes Public Transportation?

    The Barcelona City Pass does not include public transport but does include the tourist bus: a simple, original and relaxed way to get around the city. However, if you want to book the Hola Barcelona Travel Card with the 10% discount included in the City Pass, you can. This transport card can be collected directly at metro stations — no need to print tickets.

  • What is the cancellation policy of the Barcelona City Pass?

    The participating attractions do not accept changes in time slots or cancellations and therefore the Barcelona City Pass is non-refundable.
