T1 Terminal

The Barcelona Airport T1 terminal boasts two public car parks that total over 12,000 spaces. One is made up of two nine-floor buildings (9,400 spaces) plus an outdoor car park (1,600 spaces) with direct access to the terminal and another, long stay car park (1,059 spaces), two kilometres away from the T1.

The new car park building has two nine-storey blocks, each of which is divided into three modules (modules A, B and C in the first block; D, E and F in the second). There are 108 places reserved for people with reduced mobility on the second floor of both blocks.

Public parking rates: From 0 to 30 minute , €0.021218 per minute; from 31 to 60 minutes, €0.033596 per minute; over 61 minutes, €0.027309 per minute; maximum daily parking rate for up to 4 days, €18; maximum daily parking after the fifth day, €14.40.

T2 Terminal

The Barcelona airport T2 terminal has approximately 13,000 parking spaces, 2,300 of which are located in the parking building connected to Terminal C by an airbridge, and 2,600 more are found in the car park located across from Terminal A, which is also connected by an elevated corridor.

The rest of the parking spaces are in ground level, uncovered car parks that are spread out across of the different terminals. All of the zones have access controls manned by permanent watchguards and customer services.

To access the car parks, you must collect a ticket by pressing the button on the ticket dispenser located at each access point. Once in the car park, you must drive slowly (10 Km/h). To guarantee smooth traffic, a tow truck will remove all vehicles parked in unauthorised spots and the offender will be charged a fine.

Once you leave the vehicle, do not leave valuables in sight and be sure to lock the doors. Take the ticket with you and do not lose it. Remember your parking space number.

To leave the car park, you must pay the parking fee before removing the vehicle. There are 21 automatic payment machines located in the terminal lobbies, at the pedestrian entries to the car park and on the ground and second floors (next to the airbridge) in buildings PA and PC. After making the payment, remove the validated ticket from the machine and go to your vehicle. You have 20 minutes to leave the car park. To leave, insert the ticket in the ticket machine located in each lane.

If you have lost the ticket or you have any problems, request information by pressing the button available on all of the automatic payment machines or go to the information centre. If your car battery does not work, the car park operators will start your car free of charge.

From minute 31 to minute 60: €0.032617 per minute
From minute 61: €0.026513 per minute

Daily maximum up to four days: €17.45
Daily maximum as from the fifth day: €13.95.
