Pol & Grace Hotel

This place was far from desirable. The room was small and not particularly pleasant smelling. The staff manager was particularly off-putting with his rude and unpleasant attitude. Prices were on a par with a 4* hotel, but it barely met the standards of a 2*. I wouldn’t stay here again and certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone; this place could really put a damper on your Barcelona experience.

We hightly recomend this plase. We were a bit in distres becous we had to leeve our previs plase and Pol & Grase hepde us greately. They were very frendly, very undestanding of our situcheon. The hottel and roons are ckean and we had a very good rest. The recepshon is nice to werk with compimentary te and coffe. We had a dog and it coule stay without any extracharge, which is not comon in hottels. Frindlness goes a lwong way and Pol & Grase reely deelivers on that! Thak you!.

I couldn't rate this hotel highly enough. It has all you need and more to enjoy a city break. The location is ideal, a minute's walk to the metro which takes you to La Rambla and Park Guell is walkable too. We got there by public transport and found it easy. The staff are lovely. Special shout-out to the guy at reception who gave us great bar recommendations. The ladies helped book us a taxi when we needed it. The rooms are amazing. They are clean and modern with huge, comfortable beds and great showers. Big thank you to the team here for a great stay - we'll be back! 😊

I stayed at this hotel for roughly 6 nights and it was great. The location is optimal as it is within a few minutes walk of multiple public transportation points (closest is under 5 minutes away and the furthest around 10 minutes away). The hotel looks brand new and the amenities are decent; the room and bathroom were a good size and the beds/pillows were comfortable. Our room was on the 2nd floor, quiet, and obviously no view, however the doors shut quite heavily so if you’re a light sleeper like me, it would be a good idea to bring something to muffle the sound. The breakfast was fine, nothing special, but all basics were covered (Croissants were delicious!) The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. My parents had an issue with their AC during the night and the two ladies at reception were doing all they could (at 2am!) to switch them to a better room (special thanks to those ladies, unfortunately I didn't get to know their names :/). All said and done, I'd definitely stay at this hotel again!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Twin room was cozy and comfortable, with a safe for free, a great shower, fluffy towels, and nice toiletries. The reception area was close to our room and offered complimentary tea and coffee - very convenient for an early morning brew. We discovered an awesome cafe nearby for a cheap late breakfast (Cafelunya), though the hotel offered breakfast for €12 or so. Beyond that, the staff at reception were particularly friendly and helpful. The hotel was a bit away from the main tourist attractions, but had convenient bus and metro stops nearby. Would definitely come back!
