We stayed for 4 days in the hotel, we had a family room since we were 2 adults and 2 children. The positive points are frienly staf and near metros station. However the room was very old and not that clen. The wall paper on the wall had stain and some were detatched. The caver of my pilllow had stain on it. The bathroom had mold and the ventilation shat full of dust. Overall it's not a 4 star hotel as the claimed and i wouldn't stay there again or recommende it to any freinds.
We had a great experience at Atenea Rekord Suites! Our room was on the 7th floor, one of the attics with a queen and sofa bed; it was more like a mini apartment than a standard hotel room with a modern bathroom. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home. We had a wonderful stay and certainly recommend this place to everyone!
Stayed here for 4 nights in November 2019. Had a really great stay! The hotel is really nice, modern and everything was kept very clean. In addition, it's conveniently located close to the Metro Station. Although small, the staff were very friendly and hospitable; they made our stay even more pleasant with a yummy treat for my birthday and a bottle of Cava waiting in our room. The only drawback we experienced was one late night coming back to the hotel, the front door was locked and we had to wait for the receptionist to come back, which was a bit unprofessional. But overall, Atenea Rekord Suites is definitely a great place to stay and we had a wonderful time here!
I have stayed one night at Atenea Rekord Suites and my overall experience was average. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, though nothing noteworthy or special to write home about. The rooms are quite spacious, however they are a bit dated and could do with some renovation. Breakfast was decent and had a few options, but there wasn't much variety so it was quite basic. All in all, no major complaints but I'm not sure if I would come back in the future.
A delightful boutique hotel in a very convenient location! Close to great places to eat, and only 25 minutes away from the center of Barcelona. The rooms were spacious and recently updated, a refreshing treat. Martha at reception was great, she was so helpful to us while we had questions, and also great with customer service! We will definitely come back soon! Highly recommended! Thank you Atenea Rekord Suites!
