For the price, it was a great stay. The place was clean, modern, and the staff was really helpful. It's located in a part of Barcelona that's close to the center and felt safer than other areas like Las Ramblas. There's also a great selection of restaurants and pubs with tapas nearby. It's always a good idea to book directly for the best prices.
We had a great stay at the SmartRoom Barcelona. We stayed for three nights and found it incredibly convenient - it was just a three minute walk from the Placa de Sants Metro station. Placa de Catalunya was a mere 10 minutes away and the D20 bus service provided an easy ride to the beach area. The hotel is eco-friendly and has a no frills approach. Our double room was very comfortable, with a large bed and efficient heating and air conditioning. The bathroom was spotless and had all the amenities one could need. The window didn't have a view, but the interior courtyard was so peaceful that it more than made up for it. We also had the use of a safe and vending machines with hot and cold drinks and snacks. The staff on the reception desk were always friendly and more than happy to help with any questions we had. All in all, it was an excellent stay and we would not hesitate to stay here again.
SmartRoom Barcelona was an excellent choice for my stay in Barcelona. It had a great location, just 10 minutes' walk from Barcelona Sants station. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and always willing to provide guidance and advice. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including a shower, a TV, and a desk to work at. Plus, the fact that it's an eco-friendly hotel made me even happier! All in all, a fantastic stay - definitely recommended.
We had a wonderful stay at SmartRoom Barcelona for 3 nights. The room was very clean and the bed was quite firm, which we loved. It's conveniently located close to Placa Sants metro station and there are plenty of cafes nearby. The staff were incredible - so friendly and welcoming and they could all speak English which was a bonus. The only downside was that there was only one lock on the door which was managed by a key card, but apart from that we would certainly recommend it.
Room was small but okay for two people, with a separate large bathroom. No airconditioning but fine in October and small but functional kitchen.
SmartRoom Barcelona was great! Great location, just a short walk from Eixample, Gothic and Rambla. It was also very quiet, clean and comfortable. I liked that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the city and had more of a local vibe. We managed to grab some decent coffeeshops/restaurants nearby. Room was small but enough for 2 people and with a separate large bathroom. No airconditioning but that was fine even in October. It was also great to have a functional kitchen even in a small space. The local bus from the airport (number 46) was really convenient and it was only a 30 min ride. Highly recommend this hotel for a budget friendly stay.
