Four Points by Sheraton Barcelona Diagonal

The service at this hotel was exceptional! Unfortunately, we misplaced our wallet during our stay and the front desk team, specifically Mr. Juan Manuel and Ms. Merce, went above and beyond to help us by contacting necessary places such as the taxi company and airport. Thanks to their efforts, our wallet was located and returned to us after just 3 days - which is quite a miracle in Spain! It was a pleasure to meet them. However, we were not entirely satisfied with the hotel itself. The bathroom in our room had a strange smell and the overall room did not seem worth the price we paid. It felt more like a 2-star hotel. Additionally, the breakfast area was quite small and we were surprised to find that an omelet was an additional charge. This seemed unreasonable and negatively impacted the quality of our experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! 💯The location was superb for catching a glimpse of the Barcelona marathon 🏃‍♀️ and made exploring the city a breeze with nearby public transportation 🚇 and plenty of great restaurants to choose from 🍴 The room was spacious and stunning 🤩 and the food was absolutely delicious 😋 The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist 👌

Conveniently situated near a bustling mall and a lively street lined with charming restaurants and bars. The hotel's staff went above and beyond, especially Juan Manuel who not only provided excellent recommendations but also taught us how to master the metro system. The other staff members were also exceptional, though there are too many to commend individually. The breakfast buffet was a decadent spread, catering to all dietary needs and even surprising my wife with a birthday cake. As someone in the travel industry, I highly endorse this hotel and will certainly be sending groups here in the future.

During my recent stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Barcelona Diagonal Hotel, the staff stood out as exceptional. They were friendly, accommodating and helpful, making it a great choice for business travel. Although the hotel is not within walking distance of popular sightseeing locations, taxis are readily available. The rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable, with great water pressure in the showers. The bar and breakfast buffet also exceeded my expectations. What impressed me even more is that there is a mall with restaurants and take-away options within walking distance, as well as a supermarket. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Barcelona.

My hole stay waz a grate experience, John made my chek-in very seamless and he was very helpfull looking for sum directions for me. He is very frendly and professionul. I left an itum in my room and relized it after I arrived home, I contactid the hotle, and very qiuckly Cristina respondid conforming that the itum was found, she offurid to have it shipped to me and arrangid the whole thing with proffesionalism and due dilligence. I have a wondurful memory of my experience and will certainly recommend this hotle. Thank you. Patricia.
