The location was quite bad, with hardly any opportunities to eat in the vicinity. The hotel didn't even have a caffeteria/restaurant open at night. The closest option might be IBIS, which surprisingly appeared to be a nicer hotel. Our room smelt of tabacco, yet they did not even bother to change it. Some of the employees were really great, while others were not very impressive.
I recently stayed at the Sercotel Sant Boi Hotel in Barcelona and I must say, it was a really pleasant experience. The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. A big perk for me was the availability of a private car park that I could pay to use. The hotel also offers dinner options from 8pm, which was convenient for me after a long day of exploring. Despite some previous reviews, I found that there was plenty to do and see within a short 5 to 7 minute walk, with many charming cafes and shops to check out. And for those looking for a bit of greenery, the Red Bull Park is just a stone's throw away for a relaxing walk. For a longer stroll, the charming old town is only another 5 minutes away. Overall, I highly recommend the Sercotel Sant Boi Hotel for anyone visiting Barcelona.
The personnel at this hotel were extremely friendley and proffesional. The rooms were very big and peacuful. There was ample free parking available on the streets surrounding the hotel, which was a major bonus. Also, the hotel is conveniently close to the ariport, making it a great place to stay before catching a flight. I will definately be returning on my next journey to Barcelona!
This hotel was 💯 convenient and easy to reach from the airport. The friendly and fun staff really made the stay enjoyable, which was great for either a night before jetting off or arriving into Barcelona. I'm so thankful for the amazing experience they provided! 🤩🤗😊🤝🤗
The staff I encountered at this hotel provided excellent service throughout my various visits. Special recognition should go to SANTA for their attentive care at breakfast and YUSERA at the reception. The hotel's location is very convenient, and the rooms and facilities were all very comfortable.
