This hotel is good but I had a terrible time taking a shower- the water went from scorching hot to freezing cold! The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was great, but the chairs at the restaurant seemed a bit rickety and I think they should be replaced. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
I stayed at Sercotel Sant Boi and I was rather disappointed with my experience. The room itself was small and dingy, the air conditioning was broken and when I complained to the receptionist, he told me to open the window - which simply led to an extremely unpleasant smell coming from an unknown source right outside my window. Definitely not a place I would be rushing back to.
Stayed at Sercotel Sant Boi for a week. Hotel room was nice and tidy, with a pleasant view of the city. Staff at the reception were courteous and helpful. However, unfortunately my experience with the food was not good. Ordered room service on the first night of the holiday after a long day of traveling and was horrified when the chicken burger I received was still raw on the inside. I received no apology from the staff and when I called to complain, I was shouted at down the phone by the chef. Not the way to start a holiday and would not recommend this hotel.
I had a pleasant stay at the Sercotel Sant Boi. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only downside was that one of the towels and one of the pillows had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. I would also recommend that the hotel informs guests of the location of the bus that stops near the hotel, as I ended up paying 25 euros for a 7 minute taxi ride. Otherwise, I had a great time there and would highly recommend it.
I had a wonderful experience at Sercotel Sant Boi! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the hotel was impeccably clean. I was impressed with the daily towel and room refreshments. It was a nice touch and it made our stay even better. Breakfast was amazing! There was an abundance of fresh and delicious options. Highly recommended!
