Saray was outstanding! The positioning of the hotel was ideal and the accommodations were so pleasant. The morning meal was really convenient and the roof was a great spot to enjoy. I could have stayed on the balcony all day if I had the chance. I truly cherished my stay due to the staff and will be returning for sure!
We had an amazing stay at this incredible hotel! The roof terrace provided an outstanding view, and the beds were so comfortable. The cleaning was excellent, and we even had a bathtub in our room - a very luxurious touch. All in all, it was a great place to stay in a great location.
We chose a hotel for our vacation which had a rooftop terrace and bar, as we wanted to be able to relax and enjoy the view after a day of sightseeing. However, we were disappointed to find that the terrace bar was not actually part of the hotel, and as a hotel guest, we did not have access to this area without a reservation. On our first evening, we were told we could have a table for one hour. The next night when we made a booking for 7pm, we were again turned away as they do not open until 7:30pm! Instead, each night we had to go for drinks at the H10, a minute's walk away. If you're keen on having an outdoor space with stunning views, it might be worth looking at the H10.
We were looking forward to staying in a hotel close to the metro and attractions during our stay in Barcelona, yet our expectations were not met. We found there was no refrigerator in the room and the shower had weak water pressure and was inefficient. The temperature fluctuated between hot and cold in our room and the pillows were insufficiently thin. For what we paid, we felt this hotel was not worth the cost and we would not stay there again.

The staff was exceedingly courteous and helpful, the spot was in the center of it all, the breakfast was scrumptious, the room was roomy, and the recollections we made there will stay with us for life. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
