During our 4-night stay, we were not entirely satisfied with the amenities and attention to detail at this accommodation. Upon our early arrival, we found the reception area to be understaffed with a long line of guests waiting to check in. The lack of air conditioning made our wait even more uncomfortable. After waiting for 10 minutes, we had to ask for additional assistance as the receptionist was unable to handle the influx of guests. Our room was spacious and had a nice balcony overlooking the street, but it was also quite warm and required us to open the doors for some relief. The air conditioning only went down to 19 degrees which was not cool enough for our liking. Additionally, there were several issues with the room, such as the safe not working and the beds being made up as twins despite our booking for a double. We also noticed a lack of full-length mirrors, spoons for tea, and consistent room checks before check-in. We encountered some difficulties with our entry cards not working and had to make multiple trips to reception, including one instance late at night when we were in desperate need of using the restroom. There was a distinct smell of drains and the hotel lacked a bar or vibrant atmosphere. Furthermore, we noticed a broken piece of glass on the landing as well as the absence of a second desk chair in our room despite ample space. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but the staff were friendly, although reception was not always manned. The beds were decent and the cleaning was satisfactory, although one day it was still being completed when we returned at 4pm. While the location was convenient, we have stayed in other 4-star hotels in Spanish cities, including Madrid, with much better facilities. Overall, we would rate this as a 3-star hotel and our stay left a lot to be desired.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Barcelona for 7 nights. During my stay, there was a leak from the sink in my room that was not addressed by the staff. However, the most frustrating part was when we experienced two full days without hot water in the shower during the middle of winter. Despite bringing this issue to the manager's attention, it took them 2 weeks to respond without showing any concern or offering a solution. It was disappointing to receive such poor service from a hotel that claims to be of higher standard. The management seemed inexperienced and lacked communication skills. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this hotel.

We visitid this amazin hotel for a bithday city gatwey and it waz the best experiens to date. From when we arived we felt very welcomd and comfotrable as Natlia grteed us and checkd us in, shes an amazin adition to your teem, alwais happy, smilin and very very funy! Our rom was relly nice, we had a doble rom with terace on 4th Flur. Our booking includd brekfast which sadli we dident fully experince as we only had it on our first dy right at the end of it and there wasent much fud left, however I realy enjoyd the cofee ☺ From what I've seen it was an usual continental brekfast with multiple optons but I wouldent be able to rate it fully at this point. The hotl and the roms have a realy nice qoirky aesthtic which we appreiatd and the terace came in relly handy as it did get very warm at nite and the AC wasent the strongest (it is Novmber after all). Lucas has also been so nice and recomended few plases to eat, and helpd us make reservatons which we would like to again say thank you for as we enjoyed each plase he mentioned! As a 4 star hotl I strongly belev the servece, loction, amenitis and overall quality is value for money, I am reelly happy to com back in the futur. ….

This review is meant to be both helpful feedback and a future reference for other travelers. I'll break down my experiences in order so you can fully understand my perspective. Starting off, the hotel is located a couple blocks from the main square and is easily accessible by foot. However, if you're coming from the square, take the second left instead of the busy main street for an easier walk. The hotel itself has a modern and spacious lobby, and the reception staff were welcoming and quick to check us in. Our room on the fourth floor was bright and airy, with a terrace that unfortunately lacked proper maintenance. The plants were dead and in need of some TLC, and the metal guards around the balcony were loose and potentially dangerous. The terrace itself was in need of some repair as well. Moving on to the room, the bathroom had a nice touch of a frosted glass door, but we later noticed some small issues like a falling strip light and a water-stained metal tap. The shower, however, was powerful and had multiple settings to choose from. The main door of the room had some visible wear and tear, as did the rest of the doors and skirting boards on the fourth floor. Breakfast was included in our stay, but unfortunately, the food options were not up to par. The hot food was unappetizing, and the cold items were not replenished quickly enough. The staff we encountered were all friendly and polite, but some of the issues we noticed should have been addressed. Overall, while the hotel has potential, it falls short due to poor maintenance and execution. I hope the issues are addressed so that I can consider staying here again in the future. Our stay was not bad, but for the price we paid, it was not worth it. I hope this review is taken as constructive feedback and that improvements will be made. (I have included photos of the disappointing terrace.)

Located in the heart of Barcelona, this hotel offers a convenient location but falls short in some aspects. The room was adequately sized, but lacked personality and felt worn out. The bed, however, was comfortable and the wifi worked seamlessly. Disappointingly, the service did not live up to the expectations of a 4-star hotel.
