The customer service at the Olivia Balmes Hotel was truly excellent, thanks in large part to the wonderful staff members Walid and Javier. They truly went above and beyond to make my birthday celebration memorable and special. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The rooftop pool area was a highlight, perfect for unwinding and taking in the beautiful surroundings. I also appreciated the well-equipped gym. The hotel's location was ideal, within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, and exciting excursions. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this fantastic hotel again.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Olivia Balmes Hotel in Barcelona. What stood out to me the most was not only the lovely and well-maintained rooms and its convenient location, but also the exceptional staff at the front desk. Walid went above and beyond to help us find a doctor when my daughter fell ill, Josep gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, and Adrian always greeted us with a warm welcome every time we returned to the hotel. They were always available to answer any questions and provided us with a great deal of assistance throughout our stay. A special thank you to Cintia and Kaur for diligently cleaning our room each day and ensuring a comfortable stay for us.
I had such a wonderful time at this hotel 💜 The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to assist in any way possible 🙌 The accommodations were clean and cozy, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is delicious, but could use a few tweaks to the menu for those staying longer 🍴 Overall, it was a lovely hotel with exceptional service! 👌
The 🔝👌🚶♂️service was 💯professional and the staff were 👍 helpful and 😄 friendly. The 📍was perfect, only a short 10-15 minute 🚶♀️to the 🌟walking street. So many 🍽️and ☕options nearby on every corner of each block. Our room was 💥modern and 💎new, compact but 👌 and functional. The 🆓wifi was a bonus. Breakfast was 😋! Would 💯 recommend and can't wait to come back ❤️😍.
