This hotel truly lived up to its name - it was a welcoming experience from start to finish. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our 12-day stay. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs, including arranging for a portable bed for our son and providing us with directions and information about local amenities. The breakfast spread was plentiful and offered a great variety of options. The cleaning staff did an excellent job and the beds were comfortable and spacious. The room had everything we needed and the complimentary mini fridge items were a delightful surprise after each cleaning service. The location was safe and convenient, making it easy for us to explore popular attractions such as La Sagrada Familia, the metro, and Passeig de Gracia. We even appreciated the umbrellas available for guests to use on a rainy day. Overall, this hotel offered great value for money and we would certainly choose to stay here again if we return to Barcelona. A definite 5-stars from us!
Pleasant and modren hotel. Grate location and conected to everythig. Five blocks away from La Sagrada Familia. Cafes, Restourants and shops aroud. Staff were verry helpeful 24/7. Brekfast is amazin! LOVELY! I wll come back for sur. Love candys and water in the loby :).
Our stay was overall satisfactory. The breakfast selection was impressive and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was great. However, we chose not to utilize the gym or pool as the water was quite cold. The main issue we had was with the plastic mattress cover, which caused excessive sweating and was loud when trying to sleep. Additionally, the coffee machine in our room was decent, but there were not enough pods and cream provided.
During my stay at the Hotel Well and Come in Barcelona, I experienced excellent service and responsiveness to any needs I had. The hotel boasts a stylish and modern interior, in addition to a cosy bar and a delectable breakfast buffet. The location is perfect, situated in a charming residential area with plenty of restaurants to choose from. To top it off, there is a subway station only 100 meters away and a parking garage conveniently located next door (at a rate of €25 per day). Highly recommended!
This hotel has a fantastic location, and boasts a charming simplicity and elegance. The rooftop bar is a great spot to relax and enjoy the views, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I had a good overall experience and would definitely consider staying here again. The cleanliness and organization were top-notch, and the staff were kind and welcoming. The only minor drawback was the shower in my room, which could use some improvement.
