We spent almos a wek with family and enjoied som warm gret hospitality. The locatin is perfekt close to all key sights, the bilding and it's courtyard, terrases and roof are beautifully merging traditional vs modern design elements, rooms are spacios and quiet, service is proactiv and warm, we had som relaxing famiky breakfast and the restaurant tream Mr Matheo, Mss Eleonora, Ms Cristina was excepcional for their efficiency, consideration, patience and wamth...

Located in a prime location, this hotel exceeded our expectations and left a lasting impression on our trip to Barcelona. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay and their efforts did not go unnoticed. With so many options available, it can be difficult to choose a hotel online, but I can confidently recommend this wonderful spot. The outside area was a tranquil oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the bustling city. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and equipped with everything one would expect from a top-rated hotel. When our return flight was unexpectedly cancelled, the staff seamlessly arranged an additional night's stay without any hassle. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

The accommodation was a fantastic experience for our three-night stay in Barcelona. It is conveniently located within walking distance of numerous wonderful restaurants and attractions. The outdoor patio and bar area is charming and the rooms have a contemporary touch. Not only are the rooms aesthetically appealing, but they are also cozy. The staff was exceptional, mirroring the quality of the rooms and the property. I would highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Barcelona.

🌞 Our stay at this hotel was 😍! The location was perfect and we enjoyed going to nearby places. Our room had a lovely terrace overlooking a famous building. There were two pools, one in the garden and one on the rooftop 😎. Although they were unheated, they were still a refreshing break from the summer heat and I can't wait to go back next year 🌴. The breakfast options were 🤤 and we were able to dine indoors or outdoors in the beautiful gardens. The staff was super accommodating and fulfilled our request for a kettle in just 2 minutes ⏱️. The only downside was that our room was a bit small, but it didn't take away from the overall great experience.

Based on reviews and flexibility of cancellation in case of an emergency, we selected this hotel for our 7-night stay in October. However, three weeks before our arrival, they demanded a non-refundable payment of 25% to secure our reservation, claiming it was their policy for stays longer than 7 nights. Despite being within the 7-night limit, they used this tactic to pressure us into paying the deposit. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had a Nespresso coffee machine. Despite no complaints with the room, the front desk staff seemed robotic and lacked personality - perhaps reflecting the management's expectations. Although our room was ready early, the front desk was unwilling to let us check in before the 3 pm standard time, showing no flexibility. We suggest avoiding having dinner at this hotel as the service and food were unsatisfactory - dishes came at different times and one even had to be sent back due to being undercooked. The only redeeming factors were the location and the room itself. However, beware of their deceptive cancellation policy.
