This hotel was truly exceptional, from the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, the team made us feel incredibly welcomed. Our room was fantastic, as we had booked a penthouse suite. The bed was extra cozy and spacious, and we also had a beautiful terrace with sun loungers and a dining area. We can't wait to return! :)
My experience at the "Europark" Hotel in Barcelona was truly outstanding, especially considering it was not my first time staying there. The service at this hotel is top-notch and the staff are incredibly friendly, whether it's at reception or during breakfast. I was impressed by the overall cleanliness of the hotel and the impeccable service in my room, which included thoughtful touches and attention to detail. The location near Sagrada and Paseo Gracia was ideal for me and added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of my stay.
During my recent trip to Barcelona, I stayed at a hotel that I have chosen four times over the past decade. The location is great and the room rates are reasonable. I would have given it a 5-star rating, but unfortunately I noticed that the bathroom hygiene was not as good as it used to be. Additionally, the staff would knock and enter the room every morning while we were still inside. Despite these small issues, I still enjoyed my 4-night stay.
👎I do not recommend this hotel unless they fix their personnel problems. The rooms are comfortable, and the location is good, 😔 but we had a major issue during our stay that made us lose trust completely. Our room door wouldn't lock unless we slammed it shut, something we didn't realize until hours later. We put up the "do not disturb" sign, but housekeeping still entered our room, leaving it unlocked for half the day. When we told the front desk, they didn't care and showed no effort to fix the problem. 😒 In fact, they became cold and unfriendly after we expressed our dissatisfaction. We didn't even feel safe leaving our luggage with them after checkout and had to pay extra for a storage facility. 😞 And when we gave feedback, they didn't bother to reply or follow up. 😔
During our stay in Barcelona, we were pleasantly surprised by the fantastic amenities at our hotel. However, the standout experience for us was the delicious breakfast served each morning. The wait staff in the breakfast area went above and beyond with their exceptional friendliness and top-notch service. We highly recommend starting your day with a mimosa at this hotel's breakfast.
