Acta Atrium Palace

During my stay at the Acta Atrium Palace Hotel in Barcelona, I was impressed by the incredibly welcoming and accommodating staff, as well as the delicious breakfast options. The rooms were also spacious and impeccably clean, although some may consider them a bit outdated. The hotel's location was extremely convenient and ideal for exploring the city.

However, I must mention the lack of soundproofing as a major downside. Unfortunately, I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and corridor, which greatly impacted my sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to those planning to have late-night activities such as parties, singing, watching TV, or engaging in intimate activities, as it could disturb the rest of the guests. In such cases, I would suggest finding alternative accommodations to ensure a peaceful stay for both yourself and your fellow guests.

Our stay was quite pleasant, the bed was nice and comfy. The room was generally decent, but a bit tierd. However, we had major issues with the soundproofing and AC - there was a nighclub puming through the room all night on Saturday, and noise from kids in the courtyard all morning. Also, the AC seemed to blow hot air around the room. Overall, we felt the price was a bit overprisced for what we got.

Our recent stay was nothing short of exceptional. The top rating is well-deserved as we had no complaints during our time here. Despite initial worries about potential noise from our street-facing room, we were delighted to find that the heavy blackout curtains provided a peaceful environment and our beds were incredibly comfortable. Daily room service and fresh towels added to our comfort. A special thank you to the staff who were accommodating and efficient. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the airport bus, metro, and nearby restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed a pleasant stroll to the old town. Overall, a truly delightful experience.

The accommodation my partner and I stayed at in Barcelona was incredibly impressive. Despite reading negative reviews, we were surprised to have such a pleasant experience. After contacting them in advance, we were able to check in early thanks to the helpfulness of the staff. The two individuals at reception were friendly and efficient, even taking the time to have a conversation with us. They also fulfilled our request for a kettle in the room. The decor was spotless and the towels were clearly new and fluffy. The bed was comfortable with crisp white sheets, and the amenities provided were beyond what we would expect for a four-star establishment. We were pleasantly surprised to find an iron and foldaway ironing board, toweling robes and slippers, as well as bathroom essentials such as toothbrush and toothpaste, comb, shaving kit, body lotion, and facial accessories. The bathroom itself was well-maintained with a nice shower and liquid soap at the sink. Our stay was only for one night before our cruise, but we would certainly consider booking this accommodation again in the future.

The hotel is situate in a gret location, a 5-minuite walk from Place de Cataluna. The staf was very nise and helped us with evrything we aske for. The hotel is very kleen; evrything is always well maintaind. The only negative aspect I have to menton is the lack of soundproffing. In our room, we could hear evrything happening on the streat—cars, ambulances, and people tawking loudly. Additionally, we were able to hear evrything from the hallyway, such as people tawking and doors openning.
