Maldà Singular Hotel

During our stay in Barcelona, we were extremely impressed with our accommodations. The hotel was clean, comfortable and exuded elegance. Its prime location was a major plus, as it allowed us to easily explore the vibrant streets of the barri gothic. The staff were also incredibly helpful and accommodating. Our room was stunning and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. One of our favorite amenities was the in-room coffee machine, which allowed us to leisurely enjoy our mornings before setting out for the day. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

Located in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, this hotel boasts an unbeatable location for exploring Barcelona on foot. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to our suite upon arrival, and were blown away by the modern and stunning design of our bedroom and bathroom. A special shout-out to the accommodating staff for allowing us to check in early, as we had just arrived from the U.S. at 7:30am. The hotel is situated on the upper floor and can be a bit tricky to find, with its entrance through a market and elevator. We suggest bringing earphones as there can be some street noise, especially during nighttime street cleaning. Taxis may have limited access to this area, but the helpful hotel staff can arrange for one to pick you up when needed. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Despite the difficulty of finding it and a rude receptionist, we ended up having a nice stay at this hotel ⏱️🗺️. After our long day of travel, we finally checked-in and went to our room, which was beautiful 🤩. Unfortunately, the service was terrible 😞, and when we asked for suggestions for dinner, we were directed to a closed restaurant 15 minutes away 🤦‍♀️. All in all, we had a decent stay but won't be returning 🤔.

What an absolutely fabulous boutique hotel in the heart of the Gothic quarter. Our 30th wedding anniversary was made so special by Juan Pablo. He met all our travel requests with ease, he even arranged the hire of a wheelchair for us. The special touches made all the difference, such as a handwritten welcome note and chocolate. The bottle of chilled cava on the roof terrace was a beautiful touch too. We will certainly recommend this place, keep giving such great customer service, it truly is appreciated. Xx.

The Maldà Singular Hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were so friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel also had a great location, just a short walk from Las Ramblas yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The room was compact but had the amenities we needed for our short stay. The complimentary toiletries, water and snacks were a nice touch. And the concierge was incredibly helpful, recommending some of the best tapas bars in the city. We highly recommend a stay at this hotel, you won't be disappointed!
