The check-in experience was pleasant and the staff were excited to have us. They were helpful and greeted us every time we entered. The room for three was spacious with comfortable beds. The shower maintained constant heat throughout our stay. The breakfast served each day was satisfying and the lady in charge was always cheerful. I would definitely choose this accommodation again when in Barcelona.
The 4-star hotel was quite basic and the wifi was awful. The breakfast was only fair, but the location was good. The room was small and the facilities were basic. Overall, I was not impressed and only chose this hotel because it was my last resort. I paid a hefty price for it.
After reading some reviews me and my sisters were a little worried but all I have to say is fantastic! The accommodation was spotless, the room was spacious (we had a triple room) and when we encountered a problem with the lock, maintenance were sent within an hour and the door was fixed. The staff even offered us a new room which was really nice. Reuben at front desk was incredibly welcoming and accommodating but all the staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily and the location was unbeatable. Everything was within walking distance. I would definitely stay again!
I recently stayed at this hotel for a couple of days, both before and after my cruise. The location was perfect – close to all the necessities but still quiet and peaceful in spite of its proximity to the train station. Service was great, particularly from the incredibly friendly and helpful receptionists. They provided us with the best solutions for transport and gave us plenty of recommendations for local attractions, making my stay very enjoyable. I will definitely be back soon!
We stayed at this hotel and it was five-star worthy. While there may have been some minor faults, it still exceeded our expectations. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were kept very clean. The location was fantastic and having breakfast available at a reasonable price ($12) was great. Overall, we had a great experience.
