Our recent stay in Barcelona was a much-needed break for us as parents. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every member of the team was welcoming, friendly and always willing to help. We had the pleasure of interacting with Anas at the reception, who was incredibly amiable and provided us with helpful information throughout our stay. We regret not getting the names of the other staff members who also made our experience memorable. The terrace bar staff, restaurant staff, and breakfast staff were all equally warm and welcoming. The hotel itself had a stylish and modern decor that we loved, and we especially appreciated the creative touch of the sweet jars placed around the premises. The cleanliness of the hotel was also immaculate. The location was perfect for us, as we were able to explore the city on foot. Our room had all the necessary facilities and we were pleasantly surprised to find it ready upon our early arrival. The breakfast selection was exceptional, and our overall experience was a solid 10/10. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we found it to be even more charming than the pictures displayed online.

Recently returned from a lovely 4 night stay and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. The room was spotless and tranquil, providing a peaceful escape from the bustling city. The hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient to explore all that Barcelona has to offer. The staff, particularly Anas and Josep, were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. To our pleasant surprise, a bottle of Cava and chocolate cake were left in our room to celebrate my partner's birthday. This kind gesture was not even requested, but rather a thoughtful note taken when checking his passport. It truly made his day and we are grateful for the extra touch. The coffee machine in the room was a bonus, along with the complimentary water, robe, and slippers. And let's not forget the stunning views from the rooftop bar and the charming jars of sweets at the reception. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to come back!

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Barcelona and had a wonderful experience. It was my first time trying out this hotel brand (H10) and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating throughout our stay. To top it off, we were given a free upgrade to our original room thanks to Frank, which was a lovely gesture. Not only was the room spacious and well-lit, but the rainfall shower was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and always well-stocked, even during busy times. The highlight of our stay was spending a few hours at the rooftop bar, enjoying great conversation and views. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic service and amenities.

During my stay in Barcelona, I had the pleasure of staying at a lovely hotel. I must say, everything was fantastic. The breakfast was by far the best we've had. And can I just mention the incredible service from the dessert man? That was the cherry on top! The rooms were also very impressive, with no disturbances from other guests. My recent stay in Barcelona was absolutely wonderful! The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from Plaça de Catalunya. We were able to easily explore the city on foot, visiting the stunning cathedral and the beautiful harbor. On the other side, we also walked to Casa Mila and Casa Batlló. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, especially Anas who even gave us a voucher for a complimentary drink on the rooftop terrace while we waited for our airport taxi. Upon arrival, we were greeted with jars of sweets and the option of cava or freshly squeezed orange juice. And let's not forget about the breakfast! The food was simply amazing and the ambiance was delightful. The friendly waiting staff made the experience even better, and the croissants were the best I've ever had. This hotel truly has everything, and I absolutely loved my stay here.
