Our stay was 👌! Despite the convenient location near 🍴/🍸/☕ spots and the lovely facilities and room, it was the 💯 customer service that truly stood out. Shoutout to the front desk duo, Victor and Javier, for always being there to help with questions, 🚕 calls, and any other assistance needed. And let's not forget the amazing team of Marcel and Isaac for lugging our baggage, mixing 🍹 at the bar, and even providing us with an 🧺 and 🦺. Special thanks to Dayana for her cheerful demeanor and taking great care of us. The staff here is 🔝 in friendliness, professionalism, and accomodation. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return for the 🚪 treatment at a reasonable price. Many thanks!

The accommodation I chose for my trip to Barcelona left much to be desired. Frankly, it did not live up to its advertised standards. Surprisingly, this establishment boasts a 4-star rating, but in my opinion, it is only deserving of one star. To my dismay, there was no on-site restaurant and the swimming pool was inconveniently located in an unappealing area, surrounded by run-down buildings. Furthermore, the water was cold, making it uninviting for a refreshing dip. My room had a less-than-satisfying view of a building in close proximity, and to make matters worse, there were homeless individuals and intoxicated individuals loitering in the park adjacent to the property. Although the rooms were compact, they served their purpose. The breakfast served was decent, but not outstanding. The service provided by the staff was commendable, but unfortunately, I do not intend on revisiting this establishment. In all honesty, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Barcelona and was impressed by the modern and spacious room, complete with a huge bathroom. I loved that the location was within walking distance to the Marina, Beach, and Metro/Subway. What really made my stay exceptional was the reception staff, particularly Nicolas who was always willing to lend a helping hand. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Overall, a 5-star experience.

The accommodations were excellent and the location was ideal for exploring Barcelona during my city getaway. The staff was incredibly welcoming and the breakfast was satisfying. The rooms were also very cozy. The plunge pool was a bit chilly for adults in October, but it was the perfect temperature for teenagers who are fans of Wim Hof.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Barcelona and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the rooms were both clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was also very enjoyable, with great service. However, I do have one suggestion- it would be helpful if the hotel could somehow assist with the taxi situation for their guests. The scarcity of taxis can really hinder the overall experience. Other than that, everything was great. Keep up the good work!
