From the moment we arrived, our stay was nothing short of amazing. The service was impeccable, the room was well-appointed and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff were always smiling and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised with a glass of cava upon arrival and were able to pass the time waiting for our room on the stunning rooftop sun deck with sweeping views of the city, including the Sagrada (just in the distance). Our room was spotless and had thoughtful extras like cookies, biscotti, water bottles, and use of robes and slippers (most of which were available to h10 members). The beds were comfortable, there was a nespresso machine, and we had a great view. Our triple room had a large queen bed and a single, with plenty of space and a huge shower. The sunset bar, terrace, and hot tub were fantastic, and the barman was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed delicious cocktails and a lovely lunch while basking in the sun. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the harbor and near the gothic quarter and many other attractions. The staff at reception and in the sunset bar were outstanding. While we didn't have a chance to try the other bar or restaurant, we have no doubt they would have been just as wonderful. The hotel itself was stylish, but not over-the-top, making for a comfortable and stylish stay. And did I mention the exceptional service? We will definitely be back and plan to visit more h10 hotels, as our experience in Seville was just as fantastic.
During our recent trip to Barcelona, we had the pleasure of staying at a boutique hotel for three nights. The location was ideal for exploring all the city's sights. The service we received was exceptional, and the rooms, although small, were well equipped and served their purpose. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast - with a wide selection to choose from and the option of mimosas if desired. We also loved the rooftop bar, which not only offered great views but also a variety of drinks to choose from. After a long day of sightseeing, it was the perfect spot to unwind, especially with the added bonus of a hot tub. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a city break stay.

I can honestly say this hotel exceeded all expectations! From the corner room with stunning views of the sea and cathedral, to the refreshing daily supply of water and convenient tea making facilities, our stay was nothing short of amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the jacuzzi was a nice added touch. The breakfast was tasty and the service was top-notch, with any issues being quickly resolved. The location in the Gothic quarters was perfect, with plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. We couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate my husband's birthday. Highly recommend 🙌
This hotel was adequate for a 3 star stay. The rooms were clean, but a bit on the small side. The bathroom was decent, but the lack of a bidet was disappointing, especially during the hot summer days in Barcelona. The breakfast was basic and not of great quality. It consisted of eggs, sausage, beans, and a few choices of jam. For breakfast, you are served 2 mini croissants and a small jug of artificial orange juice. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and accommodating. One redeeming factor is the beautiful view from the rooftop terrace. However, our 3-day stay for 2 people cost us around €182 per day, totaling €545, with only breakfast included. The biggest drawback of this hotel is the lack of soundproofing. We were able to hear every word and noise from our neighbors, including when they flushed the toilet or took a shower. The bed and mattress were decent, and the window was soundproofed enough against the street noise. Overall, I would only recommend this place for a short stay if you have no other options. However, in my personal opinion, the price and quality do not quite match, making it a bit overpriced. I wouldn't choose to stay here again unless they improve a few aspects, such as the breakfast selection or sound isolation.
The bartender at the sunset lounge terrace was exceptional - definitely a highlight of my stay. The hotel's location was superb, making it a top choice for a future visit. The rooms were lovely and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and accommodating.
