Due to Covid 19 restrictions, we had to cancel our trip to the hotel we'd booked through booking.com. We've tried more than once to get a refund for our two-night's stay, which we'd already paid for in full. We'd hoped to use that money to book again for a pre/post cruise stay next summer. Unfortunately, though, the owners insist on no refunds, leaving us out of pocket for the cost of the stay. While non-refundable bookings are fair in most circumstances, the unprecedented situation with Covid 19 meant we could not have foreseen this and we'd hoped for a more common-sensical, empathetic approach to refunds. Sadly, we have ended up paying for absolutely nothing.
We had an amazing stay at Amister Apartments. The apartment was spacious, spotless and the perfect size for 4 people. The location was fantastic - it was centrally located and easily accessible by foot or public transport. The bed was cozy, the storage was excellent, and the kitchen had all the basics needed. But what really made our stay outstanding was the service. Everything from check-in to check-out was easy and stress-free and the staff were so helpful and accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommend Amister Apartments!
They worked with us and were communicative throughout the process. Really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back when the pandemic is over. Highly recommend as the staff are so helpful and friendly, and the apartments have good quality amenities. Can’t wait to come back!

I had a great stay at the Amister Apartments. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My apartment was amazing, very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage. The kitchen was also well equipped and offered all the amenities I needed. The bathroom was also spotless with a rainforest shower and two shower heads. The location was top notch - just a 5 minute walk from Las Ramblas and Placa De Catalunya with the Aerobus leaving from there. I would definitely stay again when visiting Barcelona!
We had a wonderful stay at Amister Apartments. The apartments are perfectly formed, spacious and immaculately clean. The location is ideal for exploring this beautiful city, and the service is five star! We had some trouble with the dishwasher, and the staff was quick to respond and arranged for someone to do our washing up every morning. Communication via WhatsApp was efficient and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property and will definitely be back again soon!
