A new eatery in Barcelona by most prestigious Chef Ferran Adrià.
This time it’s a tapas bar but of course not a traditional one. At Tickets tapas are innovative and creative like all avant-garde culinary ideas of Adrià.
The chef will not be cooking at Tickets but just around the corner to validate every new tapa..

Get ready to taste:
Jamón de toro: Home-salting tuna belly painted with Iberian cured ham fat (12,50€), Spiced tomato tartare with crunchy bread (8,50€)
Steamed razor clams with ginger, Cayenne pepper and lemon air (11,20€), Liquid ravioli with Payoyo cheese (3,40€) / piece, Half roast bonito with garlic-sauce jelly (3,80€ /piece) and more..

Beware: Booking online is the rule to get a table.. No other way..

Tix too much trouble to get. It's Lolita, all the way. No ego trip there. All this time consuming effort just to stand up among the crowd. Nothing is that fabulous!!

I am having the same problem. We are visiting Barcelona end of June 2013 and i have been trying to reserve a table at Tickets online but it seems impossible. I sent them an email as well but havent heard from them.
Its crazy...we have dined at many michellin star restaurants and have never faced such a problem.

Totally agree with you! I was told by the concierge at Le Meridien that she could not make reservations. The "site" opens up every day for 5 minutes for availability and booking. Well I tried and could not even reach the website. I have no idea how anyone is getting a reservation but I have had not luck for several weeks.
And yes, they must be on some kind of ego trip to make it IMPOSSIBLE to dine at their restaurant!!

I have wasted time on two different trips trying to get a booking at at tapas restaurant which has a disfunctional (broken) reservations computer, wont take phone calls and rejects email contact or bookings via the concierge at my hotel.

These people are on an ego trip and bring a bad reputation to Barcelona, which I have otherwise found to be full of friendly, polite and courteous people.

There are a lot of good restaurants in barcelona, I suggest you give this prima donna a miss.

Here's what you have to do for online reservations: Go to their site EXACTLY at midnight (local time) and you'll be able to reserve 2 months in advance (that's when they release seats). So if I go today (April 5) I can get a reservation for June 5. And it works (I just tried)... only I won't be there on June 5 :-(

He cenado en tickets, muy recomendable, es una mezcla de sabores y gusto con condimentos que alimentan los sentidos y el espiritu.Pero quiero reservar para ha cer un regalo a mi hijo por su aniversaris y no hay forma Còmo lo hago?

Just returned from Barcelona. Happened upon Tickets, by chance and walked in without a reservation. We were a family of five and got seated at 7:00 and warned that we needed to be out by 9:15. The food was very unique and totally amazing. Left us all wanting more..... Good luck folks!

I had no problems booking Tickets. I honestly don't understand the problems other people are reporting. I have reservations for 2 nights in October 2012. The system was easy, I had my confirmation within seconds on my inbox. The only problem is that it does not understand British postal codes so I just left that area with the Spanish post code that was already there. Just go to the booking system very early as I did and ..result!! I can't wait for October!!

An error saying 15 keeps showing saying i cannot book, the dates I am looking for are not crossed out and go blue when i click on them but the site wont take me any further. Very frustrating and makes me think should i try that hard? i am sure there are lots of amazing places in the city to eat, anyone have any tips?

Es imposible reservar,por internet la pagina no funciona,por tl llamas y se finaliza la llamada,la verdad que creo tienen muy mal servicio,debe ser por ir "sobrados",pero por ahi se empieza el servicio de un buen restaurante.......sus clientes deben poder reservar sin problemas.

I've been trying to make a booking since December, but obviously online booking doesn't work. I was surprised that booking period was reduced from 3 months to
2 months in February 2012, although even 3 months in advance there was no chance to make a booking. So we'll look for another nice place....
