Since our group of 18 is arriving on 23:00 Sept. 29, is there a way we can pre-arrange the shuttle.

Transfer to the hotel from the airport is organized very bad. The staff doesn't respond on the messages. And to take a taxi to the hotel (about 5 min of travelling) costs more than 23 euro.
