The staff at the desk (at any time of day or night) would rather you weren’t at their establishment. They did not like to be bothered by anything, especially checking in. And the beds and pillows are like sleeping on rocks!! Plus you can hear everything going on in the room next door. I would definitely Not recommend!!
This 3-star hotel offers a standard hotel breakfast. There's a tiny 🏊♂️pool, but it's cold. The 🍹rooftop bar is decent. The best part of this hotel is the amazing 🌅location, with stunning views from the terraces! 👀Just keep in mind it's surrounded by run-down buildings and 🚮litter. Read the hotel descriptions carefully and know what kind of room you're booking - suites don't always mean "suites". Housekeeping was quite slow, the room was made up after 4pm. It's 🤷🏼♀️likely that you could find a better quality of hotel further out, depending on what you need.😬
We had an amazing stay at this hotel - perfect location! We were able to drop our bags off and check-in from 3 pm before heading out. Our room was nice, though a bit dated, but nothing that detracted from our experience. From the 5th floor we had an incredible view of a Gaudi building - only downside was the tourists that started to gather on the roof of the building from early morning, making it a bit uncomfortable to sunbathe. I would highly recommend giving it a try!
Just returned from spending 3 nights at this superb accommodation. Spotlessly clean, excellent staff and a good selection at breakfast. Right in the centre of Barcelona but sited on a narrow one way street so very peaceful. Amazing views from the Terrace Bar. We had an early check out today so the hotel provided a fantastic picnic for us. Recommend you try the many eateries in the area, delicious food at cost effective prices. 'Hop on-Hop off' bus is a must. We highly recommend this hotel.
This hotel is a treasur! We visited numerus location of Gaudi during our stay in Barcelona, and it was amazing to stay in a hotel across the street from one of his peices - from the hotel's rooftoop lounge, you can catch a glimpse of Gaudi's work on top of Palau Guell. The other great thing about the hotel's position is being close to las Ramblas. We had nice walks to diners and moved around quickly thanks to the nearby meto. They offer a really nice breakfast and the stuff are faboulous..
