My partner and I stayed at a hotel in Barcelona for 3 nights. Upon checking in, the keys to our room door didn't work and we had to wait for the cleaner to let us in. We were exhausted from attending a festival but couldn't fall asleep - we would have been woken by the knock from the cleaner. The wifi didn't reach our room, and when we returned from dinner the same problem was unresolved. We were offered a room change the following day, though we had to check out and store our luggage for 3 hours. When we checked back into our new room, we had a nicer space with working internet. On our final night, there was a powercut in the hotel, meaning our phones weren't able to charge. We have contacted the hotel requesting a refund but have not received a response.Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay.
Our stay in Barcelona was truly wonderful thanks to our accommodation choice. We booked a suite on the 5th floor for our visit, which acted as the penthouse because it was the only room. The spacious and modern room was spotless and the towels, bedding and furniture were all brand new. The terrace provided great outdoor seating and plenty of space. Plus, the location was hard to beat - located in the middle of las ramblas, close to a metro stop and full of restaurants and cafes. The reception staff were particularly helpful and friendly. We had a great time and for the price, it was definitely worth it. We cannot wait to come back soon!
The stay at Dalia Ramblas was really enjoyable. It is located in a great spot where you can find peace and quiet, yet be close to the city. The room was clean and tidy and had a balcony with a view. The staff were all helpful and friendly, and the place was cleaned daily. I would definitely recommend to those who don't want to rely too heavily on taxis for their entire stay.
The hotel Dalia Ramblas was brilliant. Our room had everything we needed and more. Joseph was an excellent host and couldn't do enough to help us with all our needs. We even got a picnic with ice and glasses thanks to him. The shower was fantastic and the air conditioning was a relief after a hot week in Paris. The location is also great, with plenty of activity going on around. We'd love to stay here again.
I stayed at the Dalia Ramblas for a week and had a really enjoyable time. The location is perfect for exploring Barcelona, it's only a few minutes walk from some of the city's most iconic attractions. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, helping me with all my queries and giving me plenty of helpful advice. The rooms are basic but modern, clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked well and the beds were very comfy. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and there's also a metro and bus stop just one minute away. This gave me the flexibility to explore the area further. Highly recommend!
