Arc La Rambla

The accommodation was ideally situated in the heart of La Rambla, with convenient access to both the Gothic Quarter and public transportation. The surrounding area boasted an array of dining and shopping options. For those embarking on a cruise, the hotel was just a mile away from the port. The staff were incredibly hospitable and readily offered suggestions for dining and shopping. Prior to my arrival, my inquiries via email were promptly addressed within 12 hours. The rooms were immaculately maintained and felt secure. While on the smaller side, they were more than accommodating for two guests. I highly recommend requesting a balcony room overlooking La Rambla to fully immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of the street. And at such a reasonable price, I would definitely choose this hotel for my next visit to Barcelona.

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely dreadful. Despite making a reservation well in advance, our arrival was met with indifference from the staff member named Edvin. We proceeded with the payment process, willing to brush off his bad attitude. However, when we tried to retrieve our locker key after paying the 2 euros, we were unable to and had to seek assistance from Edvin. To our disbelief, he began accusing us of not paying and even went as far as to accuse us of stealing. This treatment was not only unacceptable, but we also found it to be discriminatory as we are Latino. Needless to say, we immediately left the hotel and requested a refund. The service was appalling and I would strongly advise against staying here. Thankfully, we were able to quickly find another hotel that treated us with kindness and respect, in a better location. Our first impression of Barcelona was tainted, but at least we found a better place that values guests as both tourists and human beings.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Arc La Rambla Hotel in Barcelona and I must say, it was an experience worth remembering. Despite its 100-year-old exterior, the hotel has been recently remodeled, giving it a modern touch on the inside. The location is simply unbeatable, situated on a famous street bustling with restaurants and just a short distance from the sea where our cruise boat was docked. We only had to pay 38 euros to reach the hotel from the airport, making it a convenient and affordable option.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating, making us feel right at home. While we loved the overall experience, we weren't too impressed with the hotel's restaurant. However, this wasn't a major issue for us as there were plenty of dining options in the area.

One thing that truly stood out during our stay was the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by how well-maintained and spotless everything was.

Overall, we had a delightful stay at the Arc La Rambla Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient accommodation in Barcelona.

The staff were super helpful and made our stay even better 🙌 The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect 📍 The bed and pillow were so comfy 💤 However, we did notice some noise coming from the adjacent rooms. Also, our double room was a bit tight for both of our regular sized suitcases 🧳 Overall, we had a great time at Arc La Rambla Hotel in Barcelona! 👌

During our recent trip to Barcelona, my partner and I were lucky enough to find the perfect accommodation. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was delicious. Surprisingly, even though the location was along the bustling Las Ramblas, we were not disturbed by any noise in our room, even when we left the window open at night. The staff was extremely helpful and we were grateful for the takeaway breakfast they provided when we had to depart early for the airport. A huge thank you to the team for making our stay so wonderful.
