This hotel was great! The staff provided a warm welcome and were incredibly helpful. Our room was comfortable, clean, and cozy. The breakfast was delicious and dinner at Informal was amazing and great value. Its location was perfect for sightseeing and much more convenient than other popular hotels in the city. We would certainly be back if we ever visit again. Also, the complementary cake treats before bedtime were a fantastic touch!
An incredible stay from the moment I arrived! The location was ideal and the staff was truly outstanding. The room was spacious and surprisingly silent despite being in the city centre. If you are looking for a place to stay, don't hesitate to give this place a try - you won't regret it!
Everything about this place is superb, including its prime spot, reception, personnel, and the eatery. I would certainly return here. They were extremely helpful in guiding us around the city and suggesting places to eat and go sightseeing.
We had an amazing 5 night stay at this gorgeous 5 star hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, making us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was truly impressive. The only issue we had was that we couldn't keep the balcony doors open at night due to the noise, but other than that it was perfect. We'd definitely stay here again.

Sandra, the breakfast manager, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She was so helpful in making sure I had everything I needed to get my work done. She was so kind to remember my name and gave me a warm smile each morning. The food was delicious and even I, someone who doesn't usually like sweets, found the evening treats delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel!
