My experience at this 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 hotel was absolutely incredible! From the beautiful design and convenient location, to the friendly and helpful staff, and delicious food, everything was just perfect. I have to give a special shoutout to our waitress Michele, who was so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay even more special. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a gift on our first day and also loved the initiative of being able to request a free drink by simply placing a card on our door to clean our room on a specific day. This shows a great focus on sustainability and enhancing the customer experience. 👏🏼🍹 I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.

The purpose of our reservation was to fully enjoy the Spa and hydrotherapy pools during our stay, but upon arrival we were notified that the pools were closed due to planned maintenance. While we understand that maintenance is necessary, it would have been helpful to receive this information beforehand. The staff informed us that it was not an emergency and that they had known about it in advance, even though we had booked our stay months ago. Had we been informed, we would have chosen a different hotel. Additionally, we were only able to use the sauna once before being told it would not be available the next day due to ongoing maintenance and would not open until 11am. This was inconvenient as we had a conference at 10am and expected the facilities to be available earlier for guests to use. On top of that, our room did not have a bathrobe or slippers, which we had to request and wait for the staff to deliver. Despite these setbacks, the room was clean, the showers worked well, and the breakfast was excellent. However, for a hotel that did not have its main attraction, the spa, available, the price was excessive.

The hotel was a fantastic choice for our company meeting and event. Our International Coordinator group gathered there, with members from various parts of the globe. The location was ideal and the business facilities were top-notch. The food was good and the service was excellent. Additionally, it was perfectly situated near both the tourist attractions of Barcelona and the airport. We are looking forward to returning in the near future.

During my recent trip to Barcelona, I had the pleasure of staying for two nights at a hotel in the city. The service was exceptional and the breakfast was top-notch. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel had a chic and inviting atmosphere, making it perfect for my stay. I would not hesitate to return in the future. However, keep in mind that it is a bit far from the city center.
