The new Room Mate hotel in Barcelona will be situated in the corner of Aragon and Paseo de Gracia, a very centric location for visiting Barcelona.

In a building of the early twentieth century,  that has been the headquarters of the Chicago University, Room Mate will maintain the façade untouched.

81 rooms, garage and a terrace pool will be the result of a 5 million Euro investment. Decoration will be done by Lorenzo Castillo, renowned décor artist, that has already worked for Room Mate in various hotels of the chain.
