Monument Hotel is the new 5-star deluxe from Condes Hotels Group which just opened at number 75 Paseo de Gracia, in the heart of modernist Barcelona, ​​opposite the famous La Pedrera building and within walking distance to Casa Batllo. The chef Martin Berasategui, with 7 Michelin stars, is leading its cuisine, while the businessman Javier de las Muelas takes care of mixology.

Monument Hotel is located in a nineteenth century mansion, Casa Enric Batlló, built between 1895 and 1896 by the pre-modernist architect Josep Vilaseca i Casanovas, whose most outstanding works is the Arc de Triomf.

From the original building facade, the main staircase and courtyard are preserved.

Monument Hotel has in its 8,000 square meters 84 rooms and suites between 24 and 85 square meters, equipped with exclusive services as a waitress twice a day, Loewe TVs, audio systems via Bluetooth, phones Jacob Jensen or bedding Egyptian cotton 300 thread count, among other high-end features. Also, the bathrooms feature exclusive signature products by Jo Malone, a free-standing bathtub Victoria & Albert and also a separate cabin with rain shower.
