In early 2016,casa Enric Batlló (do not confuse with Casa Batlló from Gaudi), a nineteenth century building will become the Monument Hotel, a 5-star deluxe hotel with 84 rooms and suites located at number 75 Paseo de Gracia.

With the collaboration of Oscar Tusquets in the initial project, the architects Carles Basso and Tote Moreno with the interior design done by Mercè Borrell  will do the rehabilitation of the hotel, located in the Casa Batllo Enric, a neo-Gothic mansion built between 1895 and 1896 and inspired by the pre-modernist architect Josep Vilaseca i Casanovas.
