Natural wine is doing well..

La Volàtil is a tapas bar where natural wine is honored. This trend seems to be confirmed in Barcelona in this new year 2016 where simplicity of wines outweighs the marketing.

 

Known actors and media people have rapidly understood that tendancy by making La Volàtil one of their markers. Like at Chicha Limoná or at Can Cisa Bar Brutal the wine list makes you want to discover everything of it - with moderation of course.
We also liked an imaginative cuisine with tapas but also real dishes (platillos) including a menu at € 11.90..

not to miss If you like Gaudi
The architecture of the Palais Güell is very distinctive, with a slightly Gothic atmosphere, but whether you like it or not, the visit is well worth the diversion. I recommend the audioguide (included in the price of admission) which, as well as being very well produced and comprehensive, is essential for understanding the history of the place and imagining the life of its inhabitants. Allow a good hour.
