The new address of Teresa Carles wants ,quite simply, to revolutionize the fast food by making it healthy. An adventure named Teresa's «Stairway to Health ».

 

Teresa Carles is the Catalan diva of the healthy and balanced catering since many years. Known for “Teresa's Juicery” and “Flax & Kale”,  tow temples of the healthy, bios and km0 foods.  Years of experiment which enabled her to create this new fast food and take away where all is rigorously balanced, which allow you to eat intelligently at all times of the day. Smoothies, Cold-pressed Juices, Cold-pressed Purées, salads, burgers, tacos.

 

A fast-food which feels good the Mediterranean, which is really tasty and seems even better when one knowns that it is good for its body. A sure bet!

great local market
Covered market. Very pleasant with the smell of flowers at the entrance. There are tables and chairs in the aisles so you can eat there. Coffee and potato tortillas available.

Best interior shop of Barcelona
I came across the most incredible store i have seen in a long time and I have been living im Barcelona for over 20 years. It’s called Pachulí Interior & Lifestyle and is situated in El Born. It’s a bit hidden which is a shame cause I think everyone should experience this authenticity and unique place. Just go and check it out already!!

A fine venue for free photo exhibitions on La Rambla, in a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle of this grand avenue. Whether you're a photography enthusiast or an amateur, it's well worth a visit.
