What to Expect
Barcelona’s skyline is unthinkable without its outstanding landmark, the Sagrada Família, just like a stay in the city is unthinkable without a visit to Gaudí’s most extraordinary masterpiece.

Construction of the architect’s very individualistic interpretation of a gothic church started in 1882 and is famous for its unusually long time of construction but, even more so, for its unparalleled design. 135 years after laying the first stone still unfinished, it impresses the visitor with its originality and wealth of form and detail, in which Gaudi harmoniously combined Christian iconography and naturalistic elements. The Nativity Facade, the first to be finished in 1930 and declared World Heritage in 2005, depicts the birth of Jesus and is richly decorated with scenes from nature. The 75 metre high columns in the basilica rise to the ceiling and branch out, resembling trees, and walking down the light-flooded central nave of the basilica evokes the sensation of strolling through a forest.

Although incomplete, the Sagrada Família is without a doubt Barcelona’s most popular tourist attraction and receives millions of visitors each year. In order to ensure a pleasant visit for everyone, the monument assigns timeslots, which should be reserved in advance. Your admission also includes a visit to the adjoining school and the museum. Gaudí’s former workshop, which has been turned into a visitor centre, documents the construction of the Sagrada Família with models, drawings and photographs on display.

How does it work?
When you book your entrance ticket, please select the date and  time you would like to visit.

The timeslot only fixes the time you enter the building. Once inside, you can stay as long as you want.

*Due high season tickets for the Sagrada Familia without audioguide are limited available. When it is not available we will offer you the tickets with audioguide. Please note these tickets are more expensive than the tickets without audioguide

What to Expect

Take a tour through the majestic city palace Güell, which doesn’t only represent the lifestyle of a family but also captures the atmosphere of turn-of-the-century Barcelona. Built between 1886 and 1890, Palau Güell was constructed in a time when the city was rapidly growing, bringing great social as well as cultural and urban changes about. This transformation of Barcelona into a modern city is reflected in Gaudís architecture, which breaks with old conventions and looks for new forms of expressing itself.

Commissioned by Eusebi Güell, a Catalan industrialist and Gaudí‘s long-term patron, the city palace was designed to meet the family’s daily needs as well as fullfill their demands as host of Barcelona’s high society. Gaudí gave major structural elements an equally important decorative function and combined classical elements with ideas of the upcoming modernism. Innovative in its use of light and space, was the design of the house inspired by the Mudéjar style of architecture of southern Spain and impresses the visitor with its richly decorated walls and ceilings and use of valuable materials like marble, alabaster and stained glass windows.

Owing to its exceptional architectural value, Palau Güell was declared part of the UNESCO world heritage in 1984 and receives today thousands of visitors. A tour through the palace takes you on an informative audio tour from the basement to the stately main floor and the roof-top terrace with its fancyful chimneys and ventilation towers, which already offer a glimpse of Gaudí’s future works.

Dresscode - How to dress
The Barcelona Nightlife Ticket allows you to enter several clubs but all have agreed to general rules, including general dresscodes.
Dress fresh, don’t look like a mess!

Smart and Elegant - FOR MEN
Bouncers pay special attention to what men are wearing, so take caution and use our tips to help you get into the club with no problems! For boys, shirt and nice shoes are recommended.

Smart Casual - FOR MEN
For the Smart Casual dresscode, men can wear a pair of jeans or trousers in combination with a jacket or blazer. These are the minimum requirements. If the weather Gods are happy and the weather turns out to be nice and sunny, just replace the jacket or blazer by a nice shirt. Off course you can choose to wear a V-neck sweater over your shirt when the weather is colder.

Casial Chique - FOR MEN
Compared to the Smart Casual dresscode, Casual Chic allows you to loosen up just a slight bit more. Want to dress comfortable and informal? Go Casual Chic! Neat jeans or trousers (cotton or linen) are allowed.
Combine the pants with a matching shirt and you’re done. For this dresscode, try to finish the outfit with a sophisticated detail, like classy shoes, a neat belt or a nice watch.
Last but not least; don’t forget to shave!

Casual Chique - FOR WOMAN
Over the recent years, the Casual Chic dresscode for women has become very popular.
Casual Chic dances on the edge of the casual- and smart casual dresscode. For women, this gives them more possibilities and freedom. Just like the Casual Chic dresscode for men, woman can add a delicate detail or accessory to their outfit.

Cocktail Attire - FOR WOMAN
On the other hand, the Cocktail Attire dress code is a more formal dresscode. It is also one of the most common dresscodes and it can be worn every time of the year. Cocktail Attire represents class, style, charm and elegance. For ladies, a cocktaildress is an absolute must and when it comes to the color, black is the most popular. Cocktail Attire represents style and class, so ladies can wear jewelry, high heels and a matching purse or bag.

Smart and Elegant - FOR WOMAN
A great mix of elegance and sexy is always a good goal. They won’t let you in if you have a sporty outfit on; heels and dresses are recommended.
