We start a list of places you better avoid in Barcelona with The Tapasbar group. They own about 30 tapas bars in Spain and 6 in Barcelona.
The fact that it’s a group should put us in alarm, but we tried this fast food tapas bar because the one in Barcelona's Maremagnum is quite well located..

We thought tapas were quite easy to make.. Good quality products should give good tapas.. This might explains that.. We had the worst tapas ever: calamares a la andaluza (so they call it !!!), croquetas, jamon, ensaladilla rusa, tortilla de patatas ... even pa amb tomaquet is NO GOOD !.. I'm from Barcelona, and I tell you ... it is a shame to serve this (.............)

To make it short remember this name: "Tapasbar"…and never go there: even your mother-in-law does not deserve it!! (though ;-)
