Wonderful and authentic

I went to El Quim because a friend in Holland told me it was great and authentic. He was perfectly right: I enjoyed every single bite! While you are seated you have this wonderful view on the market. Treat yourself on the purest Spanish flavours you can get in this part of town.

Estube en el Quim la primera semana de noviembre en mi visita a Barcelona. Probé 4 platos, más 2 cañas, me traje de recuerdo el papel impreso que dan de mantel y lo tengo pegado en mi refrigreador. " El Quim...el arte de comer en un taburete". Definitivamente, fue algo impreionante estar en el Quim y saborerar sus deliciosas comidas. Volveré...de eso no hay ninguna duda!
