Caelis - Barcelona

In the beautifully redesigned Hotel Palace, Caelis is one of the reference restaurants of Barcelona. Directed by the young chef Romain Fornell, the younger spangled France chef in 2001, formed by Taillevent, Ducasse and Jean-François Piège, Caelis has found back its 1 star Michelin‘s Guide for 2011.
