In the non expensive and funny register place, we can only advise you to make an alt at the Xampanyet on the way to Barceloneta.
This bar is one of most typical of Barcelona and a really funny one. One comes here to drink rose-colored Cava by the glass, the Catalan Champagne, while tasting the local tapas: jabugo and melted cheese, Spanish cheeses, fried potatoes (patatas bravas), sausage and other tapas-style meats (tapas 2 euro)… It’s tasty, cheap, noisy and authentic. We like very much!
